Hey! Hope you all are enjoying your December so far. Now, it's not a secret that this comic has gone through many iterations, most of the very different ones didn't get very far, but a little over 10 years ago (O_O) the previous version had 3+a little extra chapters on Smackjeeves and I thought it might be cool to share that with you guys as a behind the scenes-type extra.

Disclaimer: Despite many many similarities there are also so many differences so please don't let it color your opinion of the current version too much. Even with that I'm only sharing the first two for now because I do think there are things in the third that would still hint too much at spoilers. Also do not feel obligated to read it to understand this current version, I'm only sharing this for fun!

I will be adding this link to a new extras page as I fix up the site over the next couple weeks. Also I just threw them all on a page for now, I will try to add transcripts in the future but I don't have that kind of time right now, I hope they are readable despite some size and font issues and so so many spelling errors. But again, don't feel like you have to read them, I will be back with new pages soon in January! As for progress so far I've just been doing some writing to polish the next chapter up but that's important because if I don't have the bones laid out clearly for me it can get difficult.

This comic page is old and in black and white. A young teen is sleeping on a blanket in a field, a voice is saying "Hey time to-" but gets cut off by the panel border. There's a close up of his eye that opens when someone says "Casey?" a little girl drops a flower crown on his head. Casey says "Ah- Aww, thanks Isabell." and rubs foreheads with her. The voice that said his name, an older teen, says "It's time to go you two." Casey sits up and says, "Kay." As Isabell catches a bug in the background. The older teen looks out on the field that the sky is darkening over and says, "Looks like it's gonna rain soon."
