Besides the depression and and trauma Leal is someone who between being a prince and disabled does not get asked for much at all so he feels very helpless (and doesn't like being reminded of that)...To be asked for help, especially for such a serious situation, kind of turns his mindset on its head. :) OK now help Terry babysit these kids and also your adult and almost-adult siblings. XD

Anyway a kickstarter I like is ending in 30 hours: King of Sorts webcomic in print form You can check it out free here. Jacki is also a really talented designer and there are still some outfit commissions add-ons left...someone should grab those before I'm tempted to spend money I don't have...

Comic transcript

Terry raises her fist in a encouraging gesture "Especially if she's powerful enough to put spells on other people. Your parents are probably mice right now, but we'll save them and Isabell from that woman!" Casey wilts at the reminder that Isabell isn't safe, Aria seems to realize that her parents aren't safe and her eyes get shiny, Leal curls back up and spaces out. Terry looks at the group her own energy weakening with their lackluster response. Leal starts picking at the scales on his face, in response Terry smacks his hand away and says, "Hey! Cut it out. And don't shut down again." Leal barely responds, falling back into his earlier zoned out state. Terry tries, "I know you're feeling ill and overwhelmed, but we need your help." Leal looks up at that but points at himself in a questioning and unbelieving way. She responds "Uh, yeah you. No offence, but your family is kinda crazy right now." Aria glares in Terry's direction and mutters, "Not me though." "We could really use another clear head," Terry says. Leal looks much more open at this, still not smiling but his eyes are bright.
