Sorry for the late page! This time it was not that I didn't have time to draw a page at all it was that this page gave me a lot of trouble! I was just not feeling it at all and ended up having to re-do half of it, I think it was too many panels, I try to keep it under 9 and now that I've cut two it only just makes it to 9... I still think it could be less and I could definitely continue rearranging this scene but I wanna keep going, I could always spend more time on each page but then it would never get done. ^_^; One thing was I was giving too many panels to Leal's eyes when it's really not important, we don't need to go into detail about how he used to wear an eye patch to correct his lazy eye and sometimes it acts up when he's tired/stressed, we probably don't even need this much detail for Terry's check up but whatever. If you're reading this you can know baby Leal wore an eye patch. :)
ALSO I was having trouble figuring out what would go in Jaren's room... What would he want vs being allowed to have? The maids keep it neat and he's not allowed to collect too much junk but he sometimes goes out to markets and comes back with weird decor (like the fish) and under the bed is fair game, it's a bit hard to tell from this angle but he also keeps most of his old stuffed animals in and on his book shelf. Also the pipe wall hanging setup is something I saw at a Newport Mansion that seemed like a cool idea for easily changing and moving wall hangings without damaging the walls.

Jaren, Leal, Casey and Terry make it into an indigo wallpapered room, there is a plush bed in the center, some chairs, a bookshelf with books and stuffed animals, mostly non-descript wall hangings but one is clearly a wooden fish and there is a rough looking family crest, there is also a magic mirror and a side table with papers on it. Jaren sets Leal down on the bed while Terry makes sure they weren't followed, she sighs as she closes the door and says, "I don't know how much longer we can keep doing this." She walks over to the bed and says "Yo, he looks terrible. Lemme take a look." Jaren looks a bit mad at the terrible comment but steps back and lets her inspect Leal, she asks him "Leal, you OK?" He does not respond so she eventually says, "...OK..." She then holds some magic fire up to his eyes and forces one open in a quick first aid check, "Hmm pupil response is fine. Eyes a little unfocused." Indeed the right eye follows the fire perfectly after flinching from the light but the left one looks a bit above it. "You didn't hit your head right?" Jaren answers her, "Not that I saw. His left eye was always weaker." Terry moves on, "a'right. How about you say 'ahh'." Leal opens his mouth wide and Terry looks in and takes notice of his sharp teeth, "Hey, we match!" Leal makes no sign of amusement and Terry backs off. "Err, anyway," She feels his forehead and reports, "You do have a bit of a fever."
