Wooh-ee what a scene, can't believe it but we're almost done with this chapter, just a couple more pages I think. (gotta make it past 20 at least.) Still gonna be kinda a short one, coulda been even shorter though, this is where I was going to split the chapters when I was writing the script before moving some things around. Well anyway, onto comics of the week!! Bum-baba-bwaaaa!

Jaren stares angrily at the guard keeping him sitting, the guard glares right back but withdraws his weapon now that the king and queen are gone and have dismissed everybody. As soon as he leaves Jaren shoots up and shouts “No wait! It’s not true! Don’t listen to her!” Jaren shouts to the swiftly dispersing crowd. Sonel stands stiff as a board, she storms off after her parents. Forest's expression is schooled into grim mask but they comfort an upset Aria. "Come on" they say to her guiding her away from the scene Jaren is still attempting to salvage. Before they leave Aria notices the pendant from earlier tossed on the ground.
